A couple of days ago, while I was waking up and the first thoughts of the day hit my head, I asked myself: “What’s the best piece of advise I ever got?” this question suddenly turned into: “Whats the best piece of advise I could give?” So I thought about it for quite a while and after a couple of days I found the answer. I felt the need to share it with my friends. So here is the best advice I would give you.

“Read Books!”

It’s somewhat funny that the best advise I can give is that short. Yet I think I’ll explain you why to do so.

We, as human beings, learn from experience, ours and others. Most books contain a sum of experiences the author had and is willing to share with you. Most books have a teaching, no matter what type of book it is. So why not read?

I love self help books, believe me or not I read that kind of shit. I find it very fascinating to read about human behaviour and learning how to change it. Most people say that these books only point out the obvious. Its true, but its also true that most people are also blind to the obvious. If you tell them something they go “DUH” yet 10 minutes later they make that exact same mistake they said was SO obvious. Reading this kind of books helps you keep such thoughts active without forgeting them 10 minutes later.
I usually buy this kind of books as birthday presents, I find nothing else more valubale than some professional advice, yet I get sad when I find out that they haven’t even read what the book was actually about.

Fantasy and Sci Fi books are healthy for your mind. It keeps it busy. How many times have you asked yourself, “How would the world look like if Dragons suddenly woke up?” Or “What did that last page in Assimovs book mean?” Such questions exercise your mind, it keeps the “rust” away.

I find manuals the hardest to read. A lot of concentrated information with strict examples. Most of them have no spark or no other means (such as humor) to help you memorise the information. If you understand this kind of book as easy as the others congratulation, you’re a fracking genius!

Here are the 5 books I advise everybody to read:

Provocative Therapy by Frank Farelly

- this book will teach you how to get back on earth when you get depressed and, even better, it will teach you how to bring others back aswell. It’s a must read if you want to be a strong character and to be respected and known as a person you can count on.

Pathways to Success by Dale Carnegie

- okay, I have to admit I haven’t finished this book yet. BUT I still use a lot of it. It teaches you how to interact with other people and understand general social psychology.
Every time I get into an argument my mind races back to this book.

Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

-Now this book is really something… its teachings are probably the most valubale I have ever got for making money. This book teaches you how to think in order to make money. THAT SIMPLE! Every time I read a book by this guy I start laughing at how well he can explain things in just one page that take one year of study at university.

Color of Magic by Terry Pratchett

- This is my favourite author of fantasy books. It’s a great read, funny as hell, it will keep your mind on ice for a quite a while. I seriously don’t know what else to write about this book, its that AWSOME.

Jamie’s Kitchen by Jamie Oliver

- okay and now to complete the cycle of what books you should read to get your life together I advise you to buy this Cook Book. It has great tips and tricks and it teaches you how to eat healthy.

Reading these books won’t make your life perfect but applying their teaching will sure as hell get you at least close.

So don’t forget… Wisdom is sawn through books. You just need to harvest their content.

Your objective is simple: World Domination.

Your motive is a little bit more complex: Madness

    Stage One

To begin your plan, you must first clone a chosen one. This will cause the world to realize something is wrong, amazed by your arrival. Who is this really bad guy? Where did they come from? And why do they look so good in battle armor?

    Stage Two

Next, you must seize control of united nations. This will all be done from a medieval castle, a mysterious place of unrivaled dark glory. Upon seeing this, the world will spontaneously combust, as countless hordes of computer programmers hasten to do your every bidding.

    Stage Three

Finally, you must unleash your armies of destruction, bringing about pain, suffering, the usual. Your name shall become synonymous with rage, and no man will ever again dare cross you. Everyone will bow before your unbreakable will, and the world will have no choice but to give you control of the planet.

The tired sun finally decieded to crawl back beneath the horizon. Like a dieing man, wounded and without a will to live, it bleeds its gorish red light upon the landscape.

White clouds get soaked into the bleeding suns light, turning red themselves, losing their purity, becoming corrupt and full of sin. Drifting towards a place they, themselves, don’t know. Drifting slowly towards the ground, towards hell.

Immortal Mountains stand tall and bathe in this dark light, enjoying the bitter cold snow, while the surface just like a mirror borrows the color of the weakend star floating above it.

Blood red light shines everywhere…

The early ice blue sky was clear. All the clouds were down below… The Sun was like a shining crystal globe floating around at the edge of the world. This is how the perfect sky looks like. So pure, so innocent, so cold.

In the far distance the white mountains peak from beneath the clouds. The valleys between them look like a river of calm souls waltzing randomly around, to a song played by the wind. So pure in their movement, so innocent they drift away, so cold.

The forest, like a crowd, amazed by the beauty of the dancing clouds waits for the show to end without daring to move. They have seen this a thousand times yet they never can get enough. With patience they wait each time, dressed elegantly in black and dark green waiting forever in the cold.

Its amazing what the creator of this world has done, a true master piece. Yet his sense of sarcasm can not be ignored, for he has made man blind to this, and even if he can see this amazing beauty he does not have enough patience to view it until the end…

The screeching sound of the train’s brakes filled Rainsville East Trainstation. A door from the train swung open while the train was still slowing down. To the amazement of the small crowed a slim shape jumped out. After regaining balance from the difference in speed Gabriel started running again towards the exit of the train station. Arriving in front of the trainstation he desperatly searched for a Taxi. Quite a couple of hundreds of meters away there was a Taxi. It was a old car, it looked as if the doors we’re glued together and the wheeles looked like they’ve met the bear quite a couple of times… No normal man would take that cab, unless it was the only one… and it was the ONLY one… (I wondered for quite a while who would drive something like that too)

The driver looked old… probably in his 70s… had a pair of glasses on. He was very surprized to see the young man hurring up to his taxi… With a dead serious face Gabriel looked the driver in the eyes while he was getting in the car and told him: “Get me to the West Trainstation in less then 4 minutes and i’ll pay you ten times the ride”. The driver seeing the dead serious expression and understanding the urgency of his ride said only 3 words: “Hold On Tight”.

The sound of old tires suddenly accelerating can’t be described easily… but the closest description would be that of two cats fighting, amplified a lot of times… Yet due to the inconvinient sound, that would make one at least cover his ears, Gabriel took out his mobile phone, then turned to the driver and shouted over the dreadful sound of the speeding car “I’m going to time you” and then started the timer on his phone.

The road was fine at first, but then it got bumpy… the road was full of holes some were small but enough to make you feel that they are there… others were so big that it actually would scare anybody who was driving towards them… the bumpy road was only half the problem… this old man either needed newer glasses or he was a stunt driver… hes speed was too fast and he was driving straight forward through every hole in his path… People wouldn’t have time to get sick in this car… they would rather use that time to worry if they would survive…

The road seemed to turn into a old farm road that was going around the city… this wasn’t very pleasnt… the doors seemed to fall off any second… yet somehow they sticked together… might have been magic, or just pure luck… yet it was a miracle…

Barely arriving at the trainstation in one piece and acording to schedual, Gabriel just dropped a sum of money which was obviously more then he should have paid and ran off…

This Trainstation was full of people… Gabriel noticed a gap in the crowd and rushed to go through… but the people were moving slow … right next to him he spotted a crack in the fence… with no second to spare he took his backpack off and flipped it over the fence while he was passing the crack. Taking his backpack on again while he turned he noticed there was no train…

Looking towards the end of the tracks he saw his train just leaving the station… too tired to even try to catch it again, Gabriel sighed. He turned slowly… “well might as well get another ticket for the next train…” he said to himself…

He couldn’t believe his eyes… the next train was 13 hours later… this was bad… He was in another city, a huge distance away from home… and being young and having a lot of money on him also made him a great target for any thief… and worst of all… he was going to miss dinner…

Gabriel’s face turned pale. The smiles and grins of the 3 men faded quickly when Gabriel’s face suddenly got a dead serious expression. On a voice tone nobody expected he snapped a question “how could this have happened?”. The conductor answered slightly amused but careful: “well this happened before, its when those bastards change the departure table to soon… some people that arrive early get on the wrong train…”.

Silence covered them, with a straight face Gabriel was looking into the floor somewhat lost. The silence was broken when he suddenly raised his head: “whats the next City?” One of the 2 guys that pulled him inside answered: “Its Rainsville… East Train Station” Gabriel’s eyes filled with hope… finally fate was on his side for once… “great” answered Gabriel. Then the conductor looked at him and nodded in disagreement ” kid your train left 10 minutes after ours… it has a shorter rout to Rainsville, and it heads for the West Train Station we arrive only 4 minutes ahead of it… there is no way you can cross the whole city in 4 min”.

With a sly smile on his face Gabriel looked the conductor in the eye… “Watch me.”

Hanging to the door of a speeding train can be actually fun… but once you realize that if another train passes by, you might get your butt turn one with your head, it kinda gets uncomfortable. Checking to see how close the other line was, Gabriel turns slowly and witnesses that there were actually no lines… the threat of another train putting his butt through his head was out of the question… yet still he could feel the train speeding up and he knew this all would turn into a test of endurance. Staring at the bar he spoke on a deadly tone “i won’t loose to a crowbar”.

30 min later the conductor decided to have a walk through the train… all passengers were fine… some had bought their tickets on board, others already had them… it seemed such a nice day… he went to the back of the train so that he can smoke there alone… He lights his cigarette and looked out of the door window… The sky was blue, trees were green, and a kid holding himself from the bar of the train was smiling innocently and waving hi…

The door swung open and too arms as thick as Gabriel’s head reached out and grabbed him, pulling him inside… There he found himself staring at 3 men. One was obviously the conductor and the other two looked like Arnold Schwarzeneger’s clones. All of them where pale… as if they’d just have seen a ghost… after a few minutes of staring at each other and a very awkward silence, Gabriel decided to end it by submitting his ticket…
the conductor took it as if just waking up from a bad dream. He looked at the ticket and suddenly started laughing… “what?” asked the others…

after wiping a tear off he turned to Gabriel… “Kid…. you are on the wrong train”…
